You then post the completed and signed LPA Forms to us, which we then quality review to ensure there are no mistakes, and then post the signed Forms to the Office of the Public Guardian for a £3.50 Fee for the Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service.

Currently £92 per LPA, paid directly to the Office of the Public Guardian.
Fee reductions may apply
If you receive certain means-tested benefits, you may qualify for a 50% remission or full exemption.
